Oversee and Manage Construction
Years of project management have taught us to be mindful throughout a project

site or in a township official’s
office, we are your advocate. We trouble shoot, negotiate and provide creative
solutions to keep your project moving.
A member of Feinberg & McBurney’s construction management team is
onsite regularly, managing critical paths and disbursements as well as stepping
in to solve any issues between government agencies and contractors. We also
negotiate on our client’s behalf with officials on any requests for design
modifications to keep the integrity of the prototype.
We are there for you from concept to obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy
. . . and beyond. We enforce all warranties and guarantees after the project
is completed.
